  • pre-package bhel mix - 2 cups
  • onion - 1/2 cup, diced
  • tomato - 1/2 cup, diced
  • potato - 1 (1/2 cup), boiled and diced
  • cilantro - few, chopped
  • green chili - 1, chopped
  • tamarind chutney - 1/4 cup
  • coriander chutney - 1/3 cup
  • sev - optional
  • papdi - few

Instructions

  1. Mix all bhel mix, onion, tomato, boiled potato green chili, cilantro, sev, papdi
  2. Add green chutney and tamarind chutney
  3. Mix well
  4. Serve immediately
