Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup (boiled) chickpeas
  • 2, cloves minced garlic
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons or sesame seeds 4 1/2 tsp tahini
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli pepper
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Method
 

  1. Put chickpea, garlic cloves, lemon juice, water, and tahini/sesame seeds in food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Add pumpkin and seasonings and blend until well incorporated.
  3. Put 1 tablespoon olive oil and blend and then add another 1 tablespoon olive oil and then blend and put the rest of olive oil and blend.
  4. Taste and adjust any seasonings to your taste.
