Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup semolina fine sooji
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1/4, optional bell pepper
  • 1/6 3 tablespoon onion
  • 1/2 2 tablespoon tomato
  • 1/2 to 1 green chile pepper
  • a few coriander leaves
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper powder
  • to taste red pepper powder
  • oil

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, add sooji (semolina) and yogurt.
  2. Mix well using spoon by adding water gradually until batter is thick.....like pancake.
  3. Keep it aside for about 20 minutes.
  4. Add vegetables to the sooji (semolina) mixture.
  5. Mix well. Add extra water if needed.
  6. Heat non-stick griddle over medium flame.
  7. Add a few drops of oil on the surface of griddle and spread it using paper towel.
  8. Pour a ladle of batter into the center of the hot pan. Smooth it with the back of a spoon or a ladle to form a circle.
  9. Drizzle a little oil on the edges.
  10. Cook for a few minutes until bottom side is brown and crisp.
  11. Flip and cook the other side for a few minutes until brown spots appear.
  12. Flip it again and cook for 30 seconds.
  13. Transfer it to a plate
  14. Serve immediately with ketchup or any chutney.
