Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cubed firm tofu
  • 1 cup diced green bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced red/yellow bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp ketchup

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a pan
  2. Add onion to the pan and stir for 1-2 minutes until translucent
  3. Add green and red/yellow bell peppers to the pan and stir for 2-3 minutes until it is crunchy
  4. Add tofu cubes, vinegar, chili sauce, soy sauce and ketchup to the pan and stir for 1 more minute
  5. Adjust seasoning to taste
  6. Can be served alone or alongside steamed rice
