Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cup raw, peeled peanuts
  • 2 bunch (with the stems cut off) and washed cilantro
  • 2 or 3 or more if you want heat chili
  • 1 in. ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • to taste salt
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1/4 cup water

Method
 

  1. Put all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Adjust salt and lime to taste.
