Ingredients
  

  • 4, hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 tbsp (grated) paneer/cottage cheese
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Hard-boil 4 eggs
  2. Cool and peel them
  3. Cut in half
  4. Scoop out egg yolk and keep aside in a small bowl
  5. Mash the egg yolk
  6. Add grated paneer/cottage cheese, ketchup, salt and pepper to the mashed egg yolk
  7. Spoon the egg yolk mixture back into the egg
  8. Serve
