Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound paneer
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 3, depending on size tomatoes
  • 7 or 8 mushrooms
  • 1 or 2 zucchini
For the marinade:
  • ginger-garlic paste
  • to taste salt
  • half cup hung yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Kasoori methi
  • 2 tablespoon gram flour
For garnishing:
  • Chaat masala

Method
 

  1. Cut all the vegetables except mushrooms.
  2. Cut paneer into square shaped cubes.
  3. Mix together all the ingredients of the marinate thoroughly in a bowl.
  4. Pour the marinade to the veggies and paneer.
  5. Keep aside to marinate for at least 1/2 hour in the refrigerator.
  6. Arrange the marinated paneer and veggies on a bamboo or any kind of long stick.
  7. Grill on a oven, tava, or any type of griddle.
  8. Remove onto a plate or platter and sprinkle chaat masala.
  9. Serve hot.
