Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 slices smoked mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices wheat bread
  • 6-10 fresh basil leaves
  • optional salt
  • optional black pepper
  • olive oil or olive oil cooking spray
  • sun-dried tomatoes with herbs store-bought or fresh tomatoes (thinly sliced)

Method
 

  1. Preheat panini-grill or griddle.
  2. Assemble sandwich by placing by topping each of 4 slices of bread with slices of mozzarella, slices of tomatoes, basil leaves, and another slice of bread.
  3. Brush or spray each sandwich with oil olive.
  4. Arrange panini evenly spaced on the panini-grill or griddle.
  5. Cook until golden brown on each side.
  6. Cut panini sandwiches in half.
  7. Serve.
  8. Note: If you dont have panini-grill or griddle, you can use grill pan.
