Ingredients
  

  • pita pocket bread
  • lettuce
  • spinach
  • tomato
  • red onion
  • olives
  • mayonnaise
  • dressing / mustard

Method
 

  1. Cut pita bread into two halves.
  2. Toast it on the pan for a few seconds.
  3. Open pockets
  4. Spread Mayo in each pocket.
  5. Stuff lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, red onion, olives inside each pocket.
  6. Drizzle desired amount of dressing or mustard on top.
  7. Optional - Served with chips...
  8. Enjoy!
