Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup (chopped) mango
  • 1 cup (chopped) carrots
  • 1 cup (chopped) peach
  • 1 cup (chopped) pineapple
  • ½, minced jalapeno pepper
  • 1 inch (grated) ginger
  • 1 teaspoon roasted jeera powder roasted cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1, grinded clove

Method
 

  1. Boil carrots in a saucepan with water until it is half-cooked
  2. Drain excess water
  3. Add mango, peach, pineapple, jalapeno pepper, ginger, sugar into the saucepan containing the boiled carrots and stir for 1-2 minutes until the sugar melts
  4. Add cumin powder, salt, black pepper, and clove to the saucepan
  5. Cool and serve with pita bread or pita chips as a dipping sauce
