Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • handful mint leaves
  • ½, grated carrot
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp roasted cumin seed powder

Method
 

  1. Wash the mint leaves and blend in a blender to form a mint paste (sauce-like consistency)
  2. Whisk the Greek yogurt until it becomes smooth
  3. Add the mint paste, salt, black salt, black pepper, roasted cumin seed powder and mix well
  4. Garnish with grated carrots
