Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2, minced garlic cloves
  • 3 cup mushrooms
  • 1-2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • to taste lemon pepper
  • 6 slices French bread
*Note - Add red powder for extra flavor if liked.

Method
 

  1. Heat the oil in a large shallow skillet.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Toss the parsley into the mushrooms and mix well.
  5. Add salt, black pepper, lemon pepper to the mixture and mix well.
  6. Toast the French bread slices in the oven turning once. Use high broiler for a few mins until breads turn brown.
  7. Transfer the toasts to plate.
  8. Spread the mushroom mixture over the bread.
  9. Serve immediately!
