Ingredients
  

  • 1 flour tortilla
  • cheddar cheese
  • butter

Method
 

  1. Heat non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Lightly spread the butter on one side of tortilla.
  3. Sprinkle cheese on the top of the non-buttered side of the tortilla.
  4. Fold tortilla in half.
  5. Cook until the tortilla is lightly brown and then flip.
  6. Cook until the cheese is melted.
  7. Cut into the wedges.
  8. Serve with sour cream, salsa, or guacamole.
