Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 to 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Set oven to 350F.
  2. Put flour to a bowl.
  3. Add baking powder and baking soda. Mix well.
  4. Add sugar. Mix well
  5. Add melted butter.
  6. Add yogurt.
  7. Add milk.
  8. Add vanilla extractor.
  9. Stir well.
  10. Add pumpkin puree. Stir well.
  11. Coat the bottom of 9 in. round baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  12. Transfer to a baking pan.
  13. Add seed (optional).
  14. Bake 40 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  15. Cool 10 minutes
  16. Remove from oven
  17. Cool completely
  18. Frost with buttercream frosting.
