Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups bow tie pasta
  • 1/2 cup sliced basil
  • 1/2 cup sliced kalamata olives
  • 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup capers
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Method
 

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Then drain.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, cover and shake well until well incorporated.
  3. Serve cold or warm with salad or bread.
