Ingredients
  

  • 1/2, diced green pepper
  • 2, diced green onions
  • 10-15, diced black olives
  • 8, chopped mushroom
  • 1/4, chopped red onion
  • 1, chopped tomato
  • cheddar monterey jack cheese
  • 3/4 of a can refried beans
  • 1-2 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 3-5 tablespoon salsa picante
  • 3 whole wheat tortillas

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Heat refried beans and add taco seasoning and mix well.
  3. Heat the tortillas for 20 seconds.
  4. Spread salsa into a cake pan so that the bottom is lightly covered.
  5. Place 1 tortilla on top of the salsa in the pan.
  6. Spread beans on the tortilla.
  7. Sprinkle vegetables on the beans.
  8. Spread a little salsa on the toppings.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese.
  10. Place another tortilla on top of the cheese.
  11. Repeat the steps from 6 to 10.
  12. Place the last tortilla on top.
  13. Sprinkle with cheese.
  14. Put the pan in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese on top is melted and brown.
  15. Cut the tortilla into slices.
  16. Serve.
