Ingredients
  

  • 1 tortilla
  • nacho sliced jalapeno peppers
  • shredded lowfat Montegerey Jack cheese or Cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Heat non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place the tortilla and heat for 20 seconds.
  3. Flip other side.
  4. Sprinkle cheese.
  5. Add jalapeno.
  6. Fold tortilla in half.
  7. Cook until the tortilla is warmed/lightly brown.
  8. Flip other side.
  9. Cook until the cheese is melted.
  10. Serve with salsa if desired.
