Servings: 3 12-inch pizzas

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups All purpose flour
  • 2 tsp [updated] salt
  • 1 tsp [updated] sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tbsp [updated] instant yeast
  • 1 cup or as needed water
  • shredded mozzarella
  • tomato sauce/ragu sauce
  • of choice: olives jalapenos, onion, bell pepper toppings

Method
 

  1. Mix salt, sugar, yeast, flour together.
  2. Add oil and begin to knead.
  3. Add water and knead until a dough consistency forms.
  4. Leave the dough aside in a warm place for about 3-4 hours.
  5. Divide the dough into three parts.
  6. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees.
  7. Form into a ball shape and roll out into a round pizza shape.
  8. Spread the tomato sauce onto the pizza.
  9. Put the pizza into the oven for 7-8 minutes until the pizza is halfway done.
  10. Take the pizza out and add the rest of the toppings.
  11. Put the pizza back into the oven for about 7 more minutes or until ready.
