Ingredients
  

  • 6 fajita size 6 inch tortillas
  • ½ cup shredded cabbage
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • 2 cups chopped lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
** tortillas can be substituted with pita bread as a healthier option

Method
 

  1. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard and sour cream in a bowl
  2. Add shredded cabbage and carrots to the bowl with the condiments’ mixture
  3. Mix well
  4. Heat tortillas so they are soft
  5. Evenly spoon vegetable mixture onto the 6 tortillas
  6. Place the lettuce evenly among the tortillas
  7. Carefully roll the tortillas, cut diagonally in half and serve
