Method
- Mix the salt and red pepper in a plate and set aside.
- Remove husk from the corn cob
- Heat the gas stove to medium high, open flame.
- Roast the corn until slightly charred with rotating at every 5-10 seconds interval until all the sides are roasted.
- Once kernels turning brown, remove from the flame.
- Put a half of lime and dip into the spice mix and rub it all over the corn.
- Enjoy!
