Ingredients
  

  • 1 fresh ear of corn
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • half lime
  • optional butter

Method
 

  1. Mix the salt and red pepper in a plate and set aside.
  2. Remove husk from the corn cob
  3. Heat the gas stove to medium high, open flame.
  4. Roast the corn until slightly charred with rotating at every 5-10 seconds interval until all the sides are roasted.
  5. Once kernels turning brown, remove from the flame.
  6. Put a half of lime and dip into the spice mix and rub it all over the corn.
  7. Enjoy!
