Ingredients
  

  • 1, diced cucumber
  • 4, diced tomatos
  • 1/2, diced onion
  • 1/2 cup (sliced) olives
  • 1 cup (can or boiled) black beans
  • 1 cup (can or boiled) chickpeas
  • feta cheese
  • 1/2, diced bell pepper
  • optional jalapeƱos
  • to taste salt
  • 1 lime

Method
 

  1. Mix the cut vegetables together in a large bowl.
  2. Add the black beans and chickpeas to the bowl.
  3. Sprinkle the feta cheese and salt on top and mix into the salad.
  4. Add the juice of the lime and mix in.
