Ingredients
  

  • a few kesar saffron
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 6 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 oz evaporated milk
  • 8 oz heavy whipping cream
  • 8 oz cool whip whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup coarsely ground pistachios-almonds

Method
 

  1. 1. Mix sugar and saffron well in a small bowl.
  2. 2. Put sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, heavy whipping cream and cool whip in a large mixing bowl and mix well using hand blender.
  3. 3. Add saffron/sugar mixture and nuts.
  4. 4. Mix well.
  5. 5. Pour mixture into the 5oz all-purpose cups. (see photo)
  6. 6. Cover with aluminum foil.
  7. 7. Put wooden popsicle sticks into the center of the cups. (see photo)
  8. 8. Freeze overnight.
