1. In a small bowl, mix together onion, tomato, cilantro, green chiles, red pepper, salt, and lime. 2. With tongs, heat papad over the flame. Flip it back and forth constantly until all parts are cooked and crisp. 3. Lay the papad on a plate for a few second. 4. Sprinkle the tomato onion mixture over papad. 5. Sprinkle chaat masala.

Ingredients
- papad - 1 - (store bought)
- onion - 1/4 cup, (chopped)
- tomato - half, (de-seeded, chopped)
- green chili - 1/4, (chopped)
- lime - 1/2 - 1/4, (juice)
- coriander - 1-2 tbsp, (chopped)
- salt - 1/4 tsp or taste
- chaat masala - taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together onion, tomato, cilantro, green chiles, red pepper, salt, and lime.
- With tongs, heat papad over the flame. Flip it back and forth constantly until all parts are cooked and crisp.
- Lay the papad on a plate for a second.
- Sprinkle the tomato onion mixture over papad.
- Sprinkle chaat masala.
- Serve immediately.
Note - This needs to be eaten immediately. Garnish papad right before serving.
