Mangoes are the ULTIMATE summer fruit! They’re in salads, drinks, ice-creams…you name it, and they’re there (and me too). As the biggest fan of the fruit, I pretty much devour anything and everything that has mangoes in it, regardless of the other ingredients that may be present. I know I’m a little biased…okay maybe extremely biased when it comes to mangoes but hey, a girl’s gotta eat her mangoes right?
With the summer weather finally here, I thrive in this heat with my trusted mango lassi! It’s the perfect blend of greek yogurt, sugar, ice and…wait for it…mangoes! Now you can try to mix in other fruits such as strawberries and kiwis to enhance the flavors but I like my mango lassi’s plain and simple so I can really relish the mango flavor drop-by-drop! Try it out and let me know what you think and if you try out lassi’s made from any other fruit combinations, feel free to leave your suggestions! Because although I don’t share my mangoes’ limelight, I just might if it sounds good enough. Cheers!
