Growing up, I’ve always enjoyed eating Indo-Chinese cuisine which is basically Chinese food with a touch of Indian spices and flavors. This honey-chili potatoes recipe however blends in a little bit of American into the traditional Indo-Chinese cuisine making it even more intricate.
Hearing the name, “honey-chili potatoes”, probably has you thinking, what is that? But don’t go by the name because although the combination of honey and chili may seem strange, they complement each other really well. The slight sweetness from the honey and the spiciness from the chili are the perfect match for the crispy potato wedges!
