- pre-package bhel mix - 2 cups
- onion - 1/2 cup, diced
- tomato - 1/2 cup, diced
- potato - 1 (1/2 cup), boiled and diced
- cilantro - few, chopped
- green chili - 1, chopped
- tamarind chutney - 1/4 cup
- coriander chutney - 1/3 cup
- sev - optional
- papdi - few
Instructions
- Mix all bhel mix, onion, tomato, boiled potato green chili, cilantro, sev, papdi
- Add green chutney and tamarind chutney
- Mix well
- Serve immediately
