What more would a woman want? So here I’m making an open-faced sandwich topped with nothing else but AVOCADO! The avocado spread sports an overdose of tart flavors of lemon and tomatoes, thus making it far from boring. So make your own healthy dish which please your taste buds at the same time and stay fit.
Avocado Toast

Ingredients
- avocado - 1, (removed skin and pit)
- tomato - 1/2, (chopped)
- lime - juice of 1/2 of lime
- salt - to taste
- red pepper - 1/4 tsp or less
- whole wheat bread - 2 slices
- black pepper - to taste
Instructions
- Toast breads
- Put avocado to the bowl.
- Add juice, red pepper, black pepper, and salt.
- Add tomato.
- Mix well and mash using a spoon.
- Spread the avocado mixture over the toast.
- Enjoy
